Emma Coleman specializes in creating unique and original works of art and jewellery. All artworks and jewellery are designed and created by the Artist. By purchasing or commissioning these Products, you acknowledge that you are purchasing original, handmade items and understand the inherent nature of handmade artistry, which may include slight variations in design, colour, texture, and materials.

2. Products and Services
Emma Coleman’s website offers original paintings, commissions and handmade jewellery for purchase. Each product is described as accurately as possible, but we reserve the right to modify descriptions, prices, and availability at any time.

. Commissions

Commissions for custom artwork or jewellery are available by request. Specific terms regarding pricing, design, timelines, and deposit requirements will be agreed upon between the Customer and the Artist before the commencement of the work.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total agreed price is required to secure a commission, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the work before shipment or delivery.

The Artist will provide a concept or mock-up for the commission, and the Customer must approve the design before work commences.

Once the commission work is completed and delivered to the Customer, no further revisions will be accepted unless otherwise agreed upon.
All items are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee stock levels or availability at all times.
3. Orders and Payments
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your order. All orders are subject to acceptance by Emma Coleman, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Paintings: You may return the artwork within 14 days of receiving it. A 25% fee will be deducted from your refund and the artwork must be in its original condition.

Jewellery: Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns on jewellery unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return or exchange, and we will cover the shipping costs for the return.
6. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, logos, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Emma Coleman and are protected by copyright laws. No part of the content may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written consent from Emma Coleman.

The copyright to all artwork, designs, and jewellery remains with the Artist. The Customer does not obtain any ownership rights or intellectual property rights to the artwork or designs upon purchasing a Product.
