What are my shipping delivery options?

Free Shipping

Free shipping within Australia on all domestic orders.

We offer Tracking information once the item is shipped. Please allow extra time during busy periods.

Do you deliver internationally?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is not valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.


Are there other shipping restrictions?

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. Not all methods are available for certain items. Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday-Friday.

what happens in my order is delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

At EmmaColemanArts.com, we take great care in producing and shipping our artwork, and we offer a partial refund return policy for your convenience:

  • Return Period: You may return the artwork within 14 days of receiving it.

  • A 25% fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Conditions for Returns: The artwork must be in its original condition.

  • Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at EmmaColemanArts@gmail.com. We will provide instructions for securely packaging and returning the artwork.

  • Refund Method: Once we have received the artwork in its original condition, we will refund the purchase price, minus the 25% fee and the original shipping cost, to your original payment method.
